Round Knurled Double Face Swage Standoff
Double faced standoffs carry a ridged or toothed end on both the swaged end as well as the top of the standoff. They are used to hold two panels at a predetermined distance from each other. They are also used to align the components. These toothed ends give the part greater torque properties when compared to conventional swage standoffs.
They are often found in the stacking of circuit boards. The swaged end is pressed or inserted into the panel with the threaded female end available to accept a screw or male standoff.
Double faced standoffs can be found in brass, aluminum, steel and stainless and in are offered in many different finishes.
